Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link, or send you files through your file request, in their browser.
What does it cost?
It is free to start. Paid plans are one flat price a month, or ten months' price for a year, never per person.
Is it safe?
Every file is encrypted in the browser before it is uploaded, so only you and the people you send it to can open it. Not even we can.
