End-to-end encrypted file sharing

The private WeTransfer alternative.

Send large files the way WeTransfer does, as a link with no account needed to download, but encrypted in your browser first, so nobody, us included, can open them. One-time links, download activity, file requests and an AI assistant connection on top.

Common questions

Is there an end-to-end encrypted alternative to WeTransfer?

Yes. Share by DeltaBreen encrypts every file in your browser before it uploads, with a key that lives only in the link. The service stores the encrypted file and holds no key, so it cannot read your files (this is sometimes called “zero-knowledge”). WeTransfer encrypts files in transit and at rest but can open them itself.

Can I send large files for free?

Files up to 5 GB are free, encrypted, with no account needed to download, and one file request. Paid plans from €8 a month raise the limit to as much as 500 GB per file and add download activity, emailed file requests and team workspaces.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. They open the link you send, and their browser decrypts the file on their device. A one-download link deletes the file the moment the first download finishes.

How is it different from WeTransfer?

The file is encrypted on your computer before it leaves, so the service can never read it; links can be deleted after one download; you see who downloaded; and an AI assistant or a script can send files for you through the API.
