How it works

  1. Send with proof

    Name the people who may open it. Each gets their own link, and the activity shows who opened and downloaded it. A delivery certificate proves it later, even after the files are gone.

  2. Collect what you need

    Send a file request with a checklist: passport, proof of address, the signed engagement letter. Clients upload from their browser, and you see what is still missing.

  3. Get it signed

    Send a PDF for signature. Each signer confirms their email and signs in their browser, and you get the signed PDF with a completion certificate anyone can check.

Common questions

Can you read our clients' files?
No. Files are encrypted in your browser before they are uploaded, with a key that stays in the link and never reaches us. We store only the encrypted file.
Are the signatures legally valid?
These are simple electronic signatures, valid for most agreements under the EU eIDAS Regulation and, in the United States, the ESIGN Act and UETA. Some documents need a handwritten, witnessed, notarised or qualified signature instead; check what yours needs.
Where are files stored?
In the EU, encrypted. A file is deleted when its link expires, after the time you choose.
Do clients need an account?
No. They open your link, send files through your file request, or sign your document in their browser. Only you need an account.
