End-to-end encrypted file sharing

The Firefox Send replacement.

Mozilla retired Firefox Send in 2020. Share by DeltaBreen does the same job (files encrypted in your browser, links that expire and are deleted after a set number of downloads, optional passwords) and adds download activity, file requests and an AI assistant connection.

Common questions

What replaced Firefox Send?

Mozilla discontinued Firefox Send in 2020. Share by DeltaBreen works the same way (end-to-end encryption in the browser, expiring links, a download limit and optional passwords) and adds download activity, file requests and an AI assistant connection.

Is it really end-to-end encrypted, like Firefox Send was?

Yes. Each file is encrypted in your browser with a key carried only in the part of the link after the #, which is never sent to the server. The service stores the encrypted file and cannot read it.

Can links expire and delete themselves?

Yes. You choose how long a link is available and a download limit, and a one-download link deletes the file as soon as the first download completes.

Is it free?

Files up to 5 GB are free, with one file request. Paid plans from €8 a month add larger files, download activity, emailed file requests and teams.

Try it free

Files up to 5 GB free, encrypted in your browser, no card, with one file request. Paid plans go up to 500 GB per file and add download activity, emailed file requests, teams and an AI assistant connection.
